Ingredients
1 cup rice
Pineapple rice paste from Asian Home Gourmet - half packet
125g prawn, de-shell and de-vein
2 tbsp frozen mixed vegetables
2 slices of pineapple or 1/2 can of pineapple (200g)
2 tsp oil
Method
- Heat oil, stir fry prawns until they turn pink.
- Add rice and pineapple paste, stir to mix.
- Add mixed vegetables and pineapple, stir to mix unitl hot.
