Ingredients
2 chicken thigh
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tbsp chinese wine
1 tsp of sugar
1 carrot, diced
2 slices of bread
1 tsp margarine
Method
- Marinate chicken thigh with soya sauce, chinese wine and sugar for an hour.
- Use HappyCall pan to pan fry. No need to add oil as the chicken skin would provide sufficient oil. 10 mins on each side on medium heat.
- Boil carrot.
- Thinly spread margarine on bread and toast for 2 mins or until golden brown.
